Our client is a regional market leader in the Infrastructure segments. The role is based at the Training Management team, you will lead the curriculum development for e-learning design, and implement talent development strategies.

Senior or Curriculum Developer E-Learning Design

Responsibilities:

·         Plan, design and develop e-learning contents and training packages for operations staff in accordance with the established organization’s policy and procedures.

·         Develop and produce e-learning contents (Videos, Animations etc) to enhance learning effectiveness and competency

·         Perform the role of leaning content curator

·         Liaise with subject matter experts and programme managers on e-learning content production

·         Review and convert existing learning contents to incorporate latest work instructions, SOPs, lessons learnt and relevant safety-related information.

·         Configure and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to maintain staff competency qualification

·         Explore new learning technologies to enhance learner engagement and learning effectiveness

·         Support strategic projects to enhance training deliveries and learning outcomes

Requirements:

·         Bachelor degree with at least 3 years experience in multimedia and e-learning content development

·         Competent to create training videos and e-learning content using authoring tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Articulate, G-Animate, etc

·         Possess strong team-player qualities with good problem-solving, project management and analytical skills.

·         Resourceful, adaptable and resilient individual with keen desire to innovate and improve

·         Creative and self-disciplined, able to work in dynamic environment, possess good problem-solving, project management and analytical skills

·         Preferably have DACE or ACTA qualification
