Service Desk Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Provide 1st tier IT support to internal customers in South East Asia region

·         Support and troubleshoot PC software, hardware and IT system problems via remote PC access and phone

·         Manage IT Service requests via Helpdesk ticketing, email and other IT support channels etc

·         Monitor various Dashboard systems for SLA KPI fulfillment

·         Analyze data trends and make reports using MS Excel, reporting tools etc

·         Conduct Service Desk and IT training to customers

·         Handle customers' complaints as when necessary

·         Maintain systems to meet or exceed client security requirements

·         Administer and manage IT systems' user accounts i.e. ID creation, deletion, modification

·         Escalate incident requests to 2nd & 3rd tier support personnel if unable to resolve at 1st tier

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

·         Possess excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

·         Able to work independently as well as in a team

·         Willing to perform rotating shift work (8 hours, between 7am to 7pm) and on Public Holidays

·         Entry level candidates with IT experience will be considered
